SHIPPING & RETURNS
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing. When your order is processed, it can take between 5-7 business days to arrive, as it will depend on your location and selected shipping method. Packages are shipped via USPS. All orders are packaged and shipped out of our location in New York, NY.
Orders with the same name or address placed within 24 hours apart will be shipped together.
**Please note: Just Daint is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. **
How much is the shipping cost?
We offer standard shipping with a flat rate of $4.99 per order. U.S. orders over $60 will ship for free (economy shipping within the contiguous United States only).
We will periodically offer free shipping promotions (economy shipping within the contiguous United States only), such promotions will be announced on our main site page and via social media sites. Please note free shipping promotions are subject to terms and conditions.
**Please note: shipping times are estimations shared by shipping carriers. We cannot guarantee transportation time.**
Do you ship to addresses outside of the US?
At this time, we do not ship outside of the U.S. We hope to expand to worldwide shipping in the near future!
Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes.
Can you ship to more than one address for each order?
Just Daint does not offer the option to ship to multiple address for each order.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items purchased at retail price within 30 days of the original delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note we do not refund shipping fees & we currently do not accept exchange or returns on sale items.
Please note buyer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returned items. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
How long will it take to process returns?
Please allow 7-14 business days for return processing. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received and processed your return. Once return is processed, your refund will be issued in the form of original payment. Please note it may take an additional 7-14 business days before your return is fully posted. It may take up to 2 billing cycles for funds to show up on your monthly bank account statements. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Just Daint currently accepts most major credit & debit cards, which includes Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay, PayPal, Android Pay, and Shop Pay. Prices are listed in USD.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact us directly at info@justdaint.com immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order.
Do you charge sales tax?
Just Daint is required by state laws to charge applicable sales tax for all orders within the US territory.
How can I add a promo code to my order?
Prior to checking out, select "View Cart" and enter promo code under "Coupon" section.
Please note: only ONE (1) promo code can be used per order. Promo codes cannot be combined with any sales or offers.
How do I know my order has been received?
Once checkout is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details. You will receive another email with tracking number once your order is processed and shipped. Please contact us at info@justdaint.com if you have any concerns regarding your order.

What is our jewelry made of?
All of our pieces are made with 14K or 18K gold with sterling silver as the base material. This will allow for a gentle sheen and can prolong its durability.
What is Sterling Silver?
Sterling silver is also known as 925 Silver. It is made of 92.5% silver and 7.5% of other metal, as pure silver is too soft and malleable for everyday jewelry production. This allows our pieces to maintain its quality and durability. Unlike other metals (such as brass), sterling silver is hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. Our jewelry pieces are made with one of the most ideal base materials for everyday wear.
