Return Policy | Just Daint

Returns:

Our return policy is valid for 30 days (from the day you receive your item). Please note we will be unable to offer a refund of exchange after the 30 day period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchange for sale items. Please note you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning items. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  

Refunds:
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once return is approved, your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, within 7-14 business days. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. 

Exchanges:
At this time, we can only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. Please contact us directly at info@justdaint.com for all exchanges.

Late or missing refunds:
Please note it may take 7- 14 business days before your refund is fully posted. If you have not received a refund after the 14 business day period, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company/bank. Please also contact us at info@justdaint.com so we can further assist you.

Gifts/Gift cards*:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Please contact us directly at info@justdaint.com for all questions or concerns related to gift credits. 

*Please note all Just Daint issued gift cards will expire after 1 year.
